The executive chef is Sodexo Culinary expert. Her/His main mission will be to support on site and off site food service teams:
- Development and deployment of culinary processes and trainings for on-site teams
- Leverage on Sodexo chef community in the management of the different culinary programs
- Propose, adapt and deploy industry best practices and latest innovations and trends to the business
- Represent China in the Regional Chef Club
